Is this experience suitable for beginners ?

Yes. Our experiences are designed to be accessible, even if you’ve never ridden an off-road electric scooter before. A comprehensive safety briefing is provided before every tour.

Do I need to be physically fit ?

No. The focus is on discovery rather than performance. A normal level of fitness is all you need to fully enjoy the experience.

What is the minimum age to participate ?

The minimum age depends on the chosen tour, as well as the participant’s height, confidence and riding ability. If you’re unsure, please contact us before booking.

Are the tours guided ?

Yes. Every experience is led by a professional guide to ensure your safety, comfort and the overall quality of the experience.

Is wearing a helmet mandatory ?

Yes. A helmet is provided and must be worn throughout the entire experience.

What should I bring?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Depending on the season, you may also wish to bring water, sunglasses and sunscreen.

Where do the tours take place?

Our experiences take place mainly around Monchique and the Serra de Monchique, following carefully selected routes offering spectacular views over the mountains and the Atlantic Ocean.

Do the tours include Fóia ?

Yes. Our routes include Fóia, the highest point in the Algarve at 902 metres above sea level, offering breathtaking panoramic views across the region.

How long does a tour last?

Depending on the experience you choose, tours typically last between 1 hour 30 minutes and 2 hours 15 minutes.

How many participants can join?

We currently welcome up to 8 participants, accompanied by a guide.

Can I book a private tour ?

Yes. We offer bespoke private experiences for couples, families, groups of friends, hotels, companies and special events.

Do you organise corporate events?

Yes. We organise experiences for team building, incentive events, seminars, corporate groups and private functions.

Can the tour start from our hotel or villa?

For private or tailor-made experiences, departures from your hotel, villa or event venue may be possible depending on the location and route feasibility.

What happens in case of bad weather?

Your safety is our top priority.

If weather conditions are unsuitable, we will offer to reschedule your experience or provide an appropriate alternative solution.

Can I cancel or modify my booking?

Our cancellation and modification policy will be provided during the booking process.
